Acton Gardens
JGD District Heating has supported multiple phases of a major residential regeneration programme at Acton Gardens for a longstanding housebuilding client, following appointment through a competitive tender process.
The continuing relationship reflects JGD’s experience in delivering specialist heat network infrastructure across complex, multi-phase residential developments.
The £1.4 billion regeneration programme is being delivered across 25 phases to create a new urban neighbourhood, combining new homes and infrastructure with a strong emphasis on community engagement and social value.
JGD’s heat network works utilise Series 2 single pre-insulated pipework with fusion-welded BandJoint systems. Welding is undertaken to a Class 1 procedure and subject to 100% NDT testing, maintaining a consistent standard of quality assurance across each phase of delivery.
