JGD District Heating offers a comprehensive range of pre-insulated pipe systems to suit most industrial applications, alongside district heating and cooling. Utilising different categories of service pipe (steel, stainless steel, plastic or copper), each system can be designed for the transportation of steam, water, brine, ammonia, refined products, iced water, oil, glycol, and more.

Our LOGSTOR pre-insulated pipe systems are constructed using Polyurethane foam which provides highly efficient insulation to the media being carried in the service pipes and allows them to operate under temperatures of up to 140ºC.

Making them impact proof, watertight, and chemically resistant, the outer jackets typically employ HDPE (Polyethylene) in black or white. The jacket is washable and therefore proven to be a hygienic solution for sensitive areas of application.

Our range of systems can be employed both above and below ground and are available with heat trace cables as necessary.
