Cambridge Road Estate Phase 2
Following a competitive tender process, JGD District Heating was appointed by a longstanding major UK housebuilding client to continue its involvement in the Cambridge Road Estate regeneration programme in Norbiton.
The large-scale programme is replacing ageing 1960s housing with modern, energy-efficient homes alongside new public spaces and community facilities.
JGD has worked with the client over a number of years, delivering specialist heat network infrastructure across multiple developments. For this phase, the network is specified using Series 3 insulated twin pipework, selected for its high level of thermal efficiency and low heat losses.
The specification has been developed to support strong long-term operational performance for the network owner and residents.
