LOGSTOR Flextra Pipe is the latest generation of the industry-proven LOGSTOR flexible pre-insulated pipe systems. With its built-in diffusion barrier, LOGSTOR Flextra is up to three times more flexible than previous LOGSTOR FlexPipe products and retains its full insulation properties throughout the service life of the pipe.

This improved flexibility stems from the unique combination of an innovative corrugated outer casing, and newly formulated cellular insulation foam that is considerably softer than previous generations. Particularly in smaller heating networks, where tight turns and numerous obstacles such as trees and manholes are prevalent, pipes allowing for greater flexibility also allow for less effort during installation – and that typically translates into lowered installation costs.

LOGSTOR PexFlextra

LOGSTOR PexFlextra products feature a service pipe constructed of highly flexible polyethylene (PEX). This range of products is widely used for small-scale heating projects and house connections in district heating distribution networks.

PexFlextra allows for the maximum continuous operating parameters of 80-95°C, with a pressure of 6 bar according to EN 15632-2

LOGSTOR AluFlextra

LOGSTOR AluFlextra is a service pipe constructed of aluminium, coated on the inside and outside with PE-RT or PEX. This multilayer construction combines the advantages of a smooth plastic surface with the shape retention capability of a metal pipe. The implementation of LOGSTOR AluFlextra pipe prevents the diffusion of oxygen and water vapour into the heating water and surrounding PUR insulation foam.

AluFlextra allows for the maximum continuous operating parameters of 80-95°C, with a pressure of up to 10 bar according to EN15632-2.
